I used to believe in paying attention to the calories I consumed, as well as my macros intake, but then I’d find myself forgetting to record my numbers because I got busy. I’d tell myself I’d do it when I got home, but then I’d get home, get distracted and yet another meal would go by where I forgot to record my numbers.
That’s when I discovered habit-based nutrition. My goal was to develop habits that would eventually run so smoothly I wouldn’t have to give them much time or effort. It’s been extremely liberating for me.
If you have had these same struggles, I will help you start incorporating healthy habits into your life. You’ll learn to eat just enough by recognizing your satiety signal, have well balanced and proportionate meals, and tweak your food consumption on training and non-training days. These are just a few of the things you will accomplish.
Sessions can take place over Face Time, Skype or whatever format you like. You can consult with me for an hour-long session and find that is all you need. If you would like more guidance and more contact, you can purchase a 1, 4 or 8-session package. The first session will always be based on the answers you provide in a packet of forms I forward to you prior to our consult.
